The first and hopefully not the last JoinUs4Health Bilateral meeting took place at the Medical University of Bialystok (MUB) on October 3, 2022. It was the first onsite meeting in our project, no wonder it has happened in Bialystok, Poland, because as many as 5 out of 11 JoinUs4Health partners come from here.
At the beginning dr Birgit Schauer – project coordinator, together with her team, Tabea Troschke and Hannes Dieckmann met with prof. Karol Kamiński, Bialystok PLUS cohort leader and had an interesting sightseeing tour organised by the Museum of Pharmacy and History of Medicine located at historic and picturesque Branicki Palace – seat of MUB.
During the JoinUs4Health project meeting we have discussed our impressions after the midterm review, short and long term objectives, key achievements – beyond the proposal and simple needs – to be implemented in the project now. The meeting gave us a new energy and motivation to keep working on the implementation of JoinUs4Health.
